Returns and Refunds

Returns or refunds can only be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

For KARKT to consider a return, refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your returned bag is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.


We only accept returns and offer an exchange or refund on an item if they are defective or have a manufacturing default. All our products are made from recycled materials and they are likely to show some signs of wear, marks, creases, folds or dis-colouring from their previous life as a truck curtain. This is the nature of our recycled truck curtain product. Therefore refunds or exchanges are not given for cosmetic 'character' marks, the truck curtains normal wear and tear, marks, creases, folds or dis-colouring. (There is a close up zoom function on each products photos, please choose carefully)

When your bag is returned and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return for refund or exchange.

If the bag is approved for refund, you will be automatically credited to your original method of payment, or if an exchange is requested then you will be offered to select another bag of the same value, or pay the difference for another from our website.

If an exchange is approved, the courier cost of sending out the new exchanged bag to the customer is paid by the customer.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift vouchers and cards.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be requested for refund or exchange , unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for the return of an item, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
